Currently Raymond is General Manager and Business Partner at The Moerler Team of Keller Williams Realty based in Westlake Village, CA, where he is involved in residential real estate of the local area. As a business partner and manager, he has managed the closings of thousands of transactions, as well as handling all other needs of buyers, sellers, and realtors.

Raymond is accredited with numerous certificates and associations including: member of the National Association of Realtors, member of the California Association of Realtors, member of the Thousand Oaks/West Lake Chamber of Commerce, accredited from the Institute of Motivational Living, and is also a certified Behavior Consultant

Prior to The Moerler Team, Raymond worked in both the insurance industry and acted as a marketing consultant for local area businesses. At the same time, he also earned his MBA from Golden Gate University, San Francisco, CA.
